Master Hurd has an 8th degree Black Belt in Kenpo Karate. He has been studying Karate for more than 30 years. Born and raised in Henderson, Nevada, he is an active member of the community and is married and raised 5 children.
Master Hurd started the academy in 1989 and is a well known and respected instructor by his peers and students. Since the academy's start, it has earned the reputation as a safe and family-oriented karate school teaching traditional values like kindness, courtesy, integrity, and respect.
